On this journey through life, there can be times when we need help and support from others. My passion is helping others during those times. Throughout my experience, I have come to see people who are strong and capable of weathering difficult times and coming out stronger because of it. I have also seen people who have asked for help and assistance and seen how much more enjoyable the experience was because they asked for help.

I specialize in grief therapy, life transitions, caregiver support and supporting aging individuals through the aging process. Through years of experience as a hospice social worker I have helped many families and individuals weather the transition of aging and death. I utilize CBT and mindfulness as well as coping tools and community resources.

I offer a non-judgmental, empathic approach with sensitivity in meeting you where you are at. I am currently offering services via telehealth.
