A life lived joyfully
What does it mean to live joyfully?
We often mistake happiness and joy, happiness being a fleeting feeling events may cause, while joy encompasses our whole self and our way of living. Happiness is a wonderful feeling, but in a joyful life, one is living authentically, recognizing all emotions are to be honored and felt. It is living in a way that brings true inner peace, encompasses a feeling of satisfaction with our life and our most cherished relationships. It is the ability to live presently and acknowledge a feeling of gratitude for life and the goodness surrounding us. It is knowing that you are living a life true to yourself, a life that brings you joy.
